• Impersonating other users
• Any act that would directly or indirectly profit criminal organizations through the use of this service
• Any acts deemed inappropriate by the company

Users of Zar web services may not copy, replicate, distribute, upload or otherwise transmit any portion of the information or material obtained.

Article 5 (Restriction or suspension of the service)

The company reserves the right to restrict or suspend in full or in part the use of the service, without any prior notice to the user under the following conditions:

• When performing maintenance, inspection or updates of the computer system related to the service
• In any event the service cannot be provided due to force majeure, including but not limited to, earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, blackouts or natural disasters
• In the case computer systems or communication line services are suspended
• In any other case where the company judges it is unable to provide the service

• In the case the user registered with falsified information

The company accepts no responsibility for information provided by users of the service or on this website.

Furthermore the company accepts no liability for any type of losses or damages suffered by users or third parties under any circumstances.
